We're looking first and foremost for PERSONAL experience of 'best practice' in either change management, project management or both--a SPECIFIC project or incident, NOT generic off-the-cuff textbook description of what makes a good project.
If you do not have any personal experience to share regarding a best practice project, you may research and post an example found on the Internet.
